For each order we charge the following shipping costs:
$14.99 across Vancouver & Lower Mainland
$19.99 outside specified municipalities

Please contact us at: hello@nextdoorcloset.comItems in Vancouver ordered on weekdays before 2:00pm will be delivered within 2-4 working days.
If you have purchased multiple items from different sellers you will receive your order in different parts at different times. Mostly it takes 2-7 days until you receive your order. However the maximum wait can be 10 days. If you have not received your order after 4 weeks, please contact our team via: hello@nextdoorcloset.com
Returns
Nextdoor Closet does not allow any returns or refunds. No cancellation is available as all items are deemed as final sale. Final sale is considered once buyer places the order. Exception will be made if there is an issue with the product but, any issues need to be reported within 2 days of receiving the item.
If there is a dispute between you and NDC, NDC will have no obligation to pay any payout or other amounts due to you, including without limitation, amounts unrelated to the dispute, unless and until the dispute is resolved. NDC may withhold any payout earnings due to you (including any due for sold items of Property not subject to the dispute) in full or partial satisfaction of any amounts you owe to NDC. You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions (including any purchase and sale transactions) with any other user in connection with Next Door Closet will have no liability or responsibility with respect thereto. Next Door Closet reserves the right but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and another other user of NDC.
